I usually never write reviews, but this time I just had to. I've bought quite a few deals on AppSumo over the years, but I’ve honestly never experienced anything like this. Selldone itself is a beast. It’s a complete OS for your business, combining a shop, LMS, community, and digital downloads. It feels like there are literally infinite features to explore, giving you everything you need to grow without ever hitting a ceiling.

But the real gamechanger is the support. I was lucky enough to have Mark by my side from the very first second I started setting everything up. His response time is just insane.He answers almost instantly and really digs into your specific needs.

We started talking about strategic stuff for the European market, like a native Digistore24 integration, and instead of just giving me a standard reply, Mark made it happen and got it onto the official roadmap immediately. To see a team member move this fast and truly value a user's input is incredible.

Selldone is one of the best e-commerce platform in my opinion. The platform is very innovative full with features. Use Cases are endless and the best part is that the platform is involving more and more.

Hey AppSumo users, I needed a online store and came across Selldone. I love the layout and the support is absolutely amazing! Given their offerings, I bought tier 3. If you need a store that offers a ease of use builder, give Selldone a try. You too might find it a good fit for what you need. I bought Selldone after comparing it with the usual suspects (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), and what really pushed me over the line and what keeps me confident in my decision is the team behind it.

A special thank you to Mark, who has been incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful from day one. Every question I had was answered clearly and quickly, and he went out of his way to make sure I got real value out of the platform. That level of human support is rare in the SaaS world and it makes a huge difference, especially when you're moving a serious business onto a new system.
As for Selldone itself: it's a true all-in-one ecommerce OS. Online store, offline POS, multiple payment gateways, shipping automation, a proper drag-and-drop builder, marketplace and multi-vendor support, and a growing set of AI features all in one platform, no plugin jungle. Coming from WooCommerce where I needed half a dozen paid add-ons just to keep the lights on, this is a refreshing change.
If you're on the fence, my honest take is: get it. The product is solid and the team especially Mark actually cares. Highly recommended.
