I bought Selldone after comparing it with the usual suspects (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), and what really pushed me over the line and what keeps me confident in my decision is the team behind it.

A special thank you to Mark, who has been incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful from day one. Every question I had was answered clearly and quickly, and he went out of his way to make sure I got real value out of the platform. That level of human support is rare in the SaaS world and it makes a huge difference, especially when you're moving a serious business onto a new system.
As for Selldone itself: it's a true all-in-one ecommerce OS. Online store, offline POS, multiple payment gateways, shipping automation, a proper drag-and-drop builder, marketplace and multi-vendor support, and a growing set of AI features all in one platform, no plugin jungle. Coming from WooCommerce where I needed half a dozen paid add-ons just to keep the lights on, this is a refreshing change.
If you're on the fence, my honest take is: get it. The product is solid and the team especially Mark actually cares. Highly recommended.
