Selldone is one of the best e-commerce platform in my opinion. The platform is very innovative full with features. Use Cases are endless and the best part is that the platform is involving more and more.
I am really impressed with the founder and the support team. They are really great, they are responsive, they are really honest and helpful.
The platform itself is very fast and it has many integrations.
Their roadmap is endless and they have an updates very often.
I can say that Selldone is very reliable platform and i can recommend it for everyone.

I bought Selldone after comparing it with the usual suspects (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), and what really pushed me over the line and what keeps me confident in my decision is the team behind it.

A special thank you to Mark, who has been incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful from day one. Every question I had was answered clearly and quickly, and he went out of his way to make sure I got real value out of the platform. That level of human support is rare in the SaaS world and it makes a huge difference, especially when you're moving a serious business onto a new system.
As for Selldone itself: it's a true all-in-one ecommerce OS. Online store, offline POS, multiple payment gateways, shipping automation, a proper drag-and-drop builder, marketplace and multi-vendor support, and a growing set of AI features all in one platform, no plugin jungle. Coming from WooCommerce where I needed half a dozen paid add-ons just to keep the lights on, this is a refreshing change.
If you're on the fence, my honest take is: get it. The product is solid and the team especially Mark actually cares. Highly recommended.

Bought the Selldone LTD around 3 years ago. Been logging back in from time to time since then, mostly to see how things were evolving. Set up a couple of test stores, tried the page builder, configured some products, played with the themes, looked at the checkout flow. Never actually launched a real shop on it yet (too many other projects going on), but I do know my way around the dashboard.

Honestly what keeps me confident in this deal is how much has changed over those 3 years. Each time I came back there was something new in the back office. New features, smoother UX, things just working better than before. That kind of steady work is really not common on AppSumo.

The reassuring part for anyone still hesitating: the team didn't disappear after their campaign. They kept shipping for years, even for buyers like me who weren't really pushing them. The product feels mature now and I'm finally lining up a project to launch on it properly.

If you're worried about the usual LTD risk, 3 years of continuous work behind this product should put that fear to rest.
