It's been four years.
Back in 2022, a merchant from Indonesia named Adri nudged us to run a campaign here. We did. 48 reviews, a 4.79-star rating, and a stack of feedback later, you taught us more about what merchants actually need than any roadmap we'd ever written. You pushed us on tiers (we bumped Tier 3 from 2 stores to 5 mid-campaign because of you, remember?). You asked us when mobile apps were coming. You told us where Selldone needed to grow up.
We listened. We shipped. And now we're back.
What's changed since 2022
Short version: the bones are the same — one business OS that runs your online and offline store without plugins, templates, or code. Almost everything else has been rebuilt.
🤖 AI is native, not bolted on. Premium Magic AI buttons, AI product assistance, and an AI content + image editor that writes descriptions, generates product shots, and polishes copy live inside your dashboard. Higher tiers get up to 30% off AI tokens.
🛒 Marketplace builder is real. In 2022, "multi-vendors" was a Tier 3 line item. Today you can spin up your own multi-vendor marketplace on your own domain — think your own mini-Amazon, minus the warehouses.
📱 The mobile apps we promised you? Shipped. PWA + Android buyer apps, seller dashboards on iOS and Android, Selldone POS apps. All live.
📝 Native CMS + blog. You asked for a real content layer instead of a Zapier duct-tape job. Done.
💸 Fees came down. Digital file transaction fee dropped from 7% to 3% on Tier 3 and up. The 1% transaction fee stayed put.
🏪 More room to grow. The old deal topped out at 5 stores and capped admins at 5 / 20 / unlimited. The new lineup runs 1 → 12 stores across five tiers, and every tier gets unlimited admins. We also bumped file selling storage to 300 GB per store on Tier 3+.
🌍 142 → 143 currencies. Small, but we see you, merchants in that 143rd country.

Why five tiers this time
Last time we ran three. Halfway through, we had to rework them because one size didn't fit. This time we went in with five — $99 to $899 — so whether you're launching your first shop or running a 12-store portfolio with a marketplace layer on top, there's a tier that actually matches your business.
Tier 3 at $379 is our recommendation for most Sumo-lings: 5 stores, 300 GB per store, 10% off AI tokens, full marketplace builder, and the 3% digital file fee.
What we want from you
The same thing we asked for in 2022: be honest. Post your feedback. Ask the hard questions. Tell us where the product falls short. That's how Selldone v1 got built. That's how v2 gets better.
