A: Hi Afrirho,

partial yes. We can customize the bot itself (name, avatar) so it appears in meetings under your branding instead of as Stella.

The full platform (dashboard, reports, web app) currently isn't available as whitelabel, only the in-meeting bot can be customized. If the bot customization fits what you need, ping me at [email protected] and I'll get you set up.

Q: How long does the processing of a manually added recording take?

For almost two hours, the application has been processing a 30-minute teleconference recording. Does the application always take this long to process manually added conference recordings?

Live bot recordings (when Stella joins the meeting directly) typically process in under 5 minutes. Manually uploaded files go through a heavier processing pipeline, speaker identification and analysis on raw video is significantly more complex than on live calls where Stella has clean per-participant audio streams. Hi,
I rarely have zoom, meet or team calls to sale my products. I mainly use my android mobile phone.

Thanks for the great question — you're not alone, a lot of sales still happens on the phone.

Honest answer: today Nonverbia is built for video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) plus in-person meetings we're actively working on. We don't directly record mobile phone calls, mostly because iOS and Android heavily restrict call recording at the OS level — it's not something we can...

They push Nonverbia's analysis results (summaries, action items, buying signals, deal risks, Stella Skills outputs, etc.) out to your other tools, CRM, Slack, email, or anything you can connect via Make/Zapier.
