A: Hi! Thanks for the question -- WhatsApp is definitely an important use case, especially for agencies.
We don’t have a native WhatsApp integration yet, but there are a couple of practical ways to use your Surfn agent with WhatsApp today:

1. You can share your Surfn Agent Page link directly in WhatsApp — in 1:1 conversations, group messages, follow-ups, or DMs.
2. Add the Surfn link to a WhatsApp Business greeting, away message, or quick reply, so people who message your business can immediately open the agent for answers, qualification, booking, and other next steps.

Once someone opens the Surfn link, they get the full branded agent experience, including conversational Q&A, lead capture, qualification, forms, booking flows, videos, links, and other actions.

For deeper connectivity, we do plan to expand Surfn with API access, MCP, webhooks, native integrations, and more. A native WhatsApp integration is a strong use case for that roadmap, but we don’t have a confirmed release date to share yet.

We’ve been shipping updates regularly based on customer feedback, and we’ll continue sharing new integrations and capabilities as they go live.
