Q: Follow Up Question to Previous Question

Hi Shariful,
In response to your answer to my question, I have a suggestion:
If I buy more than one plan can you combined them into one account for me on the back end. You get your money, so you don't lose out, and I get the number of submissions I need. BTW, I did know 300 was submissions, but 300 is not enough for me. It's win win for you. I can email you and you can merge it on the backend when the time is right? Let me know? Thank you. Sye

A: Hi Sye,

Thank you again for the suggestion and for taking the time to think through possible options.

Yes, we are planning to launch additional code stacking options soon, which will allow users to increase limits more easily within the same workspace/account.

In the meantime, if you decide to purchase additional codes later and need help with account/workspace handling, feel free to reach...

Q: The number of responses too low to be used properly, please consider alternative method

Hi, on your second tier, it's only got 300 responses a month. That's very few. So, even for a small site, that's like 10 responses a day. That's nowhere near enough. That's the problem. Is there any way you could consider adding a tier with a higher quota of responses?

Or if you have an add-on for AppSumo users that allows them to buy an extra amount of responses for a one-off cost for lifetime...

A: Hi Sye,

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We completely understand your concern.

Just to clarify, a response means one full form submission, not per question. So even if a form contains many questions, it still counts as a single response.

That said, we absolutely understand that for some use cases, especially public-facing forms or higher-volume workflows, the current response limits...

A: Hi bhagsy,

Great questions.

Yes, intake links are essentially your voice/intake forms. You are right that our website pricing page should make this clearer, and we will update the wording so it matches the AppSumo plan details better.

Voice narration / TTS means Sayify can read content aloud in the intake experience. For example, your intro, instructions, or questions can be spoken to the...

Q: Language Handling & Customizing Ai...

Hi Shariful & Team --- Your software looks really promising. Two key questions, though:

(1) I would like to use your tool for course feedback and other inputs from frontline workers working with street children across the world. I need to know: can I send them forms with mostly audio response requests, then they all speak in their own native languages (Spanish, English, Swahili, Hindi, Bengali,...

A: Hi Meindert,

Thank you for the thoughtful questions and for sharing your use case. This is actually a very strong fit for what we’re building with Sayify.

1. Yes, this is natively supported. Your respondents can submit audio responses in their own native languages. In your inbox, you will see the original response (including audio and transcription), and for non-English responses, the system...
