Q: Language Handling & Customizing Ai...
Hi Shariful & Team --- Your software looks really promising. Two key questions, though:
(1) I would like to use your tool for course feedback and other inputs from frontline workers working with street children across the world. I need to know: can I send them forms with mostly audio response requests, then they all speak in their own native languages (Spanish, English, Swahili, Hindi, Bengali, Arabic, French, etc.) --- then I get their responses ai-translated into English in my dashboard?
(2) For my use cases, I need to build my own Ai interpreter/processing prompts, to distill what I need from all the responses -- on a form-to-form basis. Is this possible, that I fully tweak what insights the Ai spits out? Or does it only use your templates?
Really hope that this is possible. It would be a great tool for us then!
Thanks,
Meindert

May 13, 2026A: Hi Meindert,
Thank you for the thoughtful questions and for sharing your use case. This is actually a very strong fit for what we’re building with Sayify.
1. Yes, this is natively supported. Your respondents can submit audio responses in their own native languages. In your inbox, you will see the original response (including audio and transcription), and for non-English responses, the system can automatically translate them into English for analysis and workflow handling.
2. Yes, this is also natively supported. You can add your own custom AI instructions/prompts to help the system understand the context of each form and what kind of insights you want extracted.
Additionally, supported plans include custom extraction fields, where you can define:
- field name
- field description/instructions
- what the AI should look for while analyzing responses
These extracted fields can then be used for:
- conditional routing
- alerts and notifications
- workflow automation
- filtering and categorization
This flexibility is one of the main reasons we built Sayify beyond traditional forms or survey tools.
Your multilingual frontline feedback and qualitative analysis workflow is exactly the type of use case we believe Sayify can support very well long term.
Happy to answer any additional questions.

Hi Shariful -- Thanks; Sounds great!
Additional Question:
I guess this isn't possible (yet), but... Is there a possibility to set up conditional-logic branching based on what they respond in their audio responses? So WHILE filling out their "Form", depending on how they answer an Audio question (Ai-processing DURING), it may branch off into different follow-up Audio questions in that SAME Form...
Yes- it is possible and you can configure conditional routing in Drag and Drop Visual designer. For each question you can configure condition. Just try it out and let me know if you face any issue or need further support.
