Q: WhatsApp Number Options / Human Handover

I think a previous reply got lost in the thread so I wanted to be clear on this question:
1)WhatsApp number via Meta API or Twilio
I only want to use my current WhatsApp connected to Meta API or Twilio (with existing number setup). I don't want to use WhatsApp Bus/Pers via QR code.
I've got a number connected with a high quality rating so it will be used for automatic replies (automation flows) to warmed up leads or existing clients (so part selling, part support) - not mass outreach.
Could you confirm this is possible either directly through Meta or through Twilio on your platform? If it is not possible are their definitive plans for this to be added within 2026?
2)Regarding HH - can I jump in to any automated chat and reply as a human at any time - on all of your supported channels?
