I wonder if BrandJet is able to do the following. Tried to set this up but failed so I would love to hear the steps I need to take to achieve the following:

1. Identify relevant comments in X and Linkedin
(in the #Mentions section I use keywords to find relevant conversation comments)
--> this I managed to do

2. Use AI Monitoring to find the most relevant comments, ans then start conversing with the lead in Linked or X

STEP 2 is where I fail.
Do I need to add these leads to a campaign? For Linkedin it might work it not for X.
And a campaign is not responding to a comment.

What is the best stepy-by-step approach you suggest taking.

Please let me know how to set this up step by step. I have Tier4 and wa shoping to achieve this
