Hi, I wonder if BrandJet is able to do the following. Tried to set this up but failed so I would love to hear the steps I need to take to achieve the following: 1. Identify relevant comments in X and Linkedin (in the #Mentions section I use keywords to find relevant conversation comments) --> this I managed to do 2. Use AI Monitoring to find the most relevant comments, ans then start conversing with the lead in Linked or X STEP 2 is where I fail. Do I need to add these leads to a campaign? Hi Marsad, I think a previous reply got lost in the thread so I wanted to be clear on this question: 1)WhatsApp number via Meta API or Twilio I only want to use my current WhatsApp connected to Meta API or Twilio (with existing number setup). I don't want to use WhatsApp Bus/Pers via QR code. I've got a number connected with a high quality rating so it will be used for automatic replies (automation flows) to warmed up leads or existing clients (so part selling, part support) - not mass outreach. Could you confirm this is possible either directly through Meta or through Twilio on your platform? If it is not possible are their definitive plans for this to be added within 2026? 2)Regarding HH - can I jump in to any automated chat and reply as a human at any time - on all of your supported channels? Hi Marsad, From reading other responses could you clarify how email/WhatsApp is connected to your system. 1)How is email connected to your system? How much do I need to change my DNS settings? I would like to use your platform for email without disruption to using my existing IMAP/SMTP IONOS setup which simply uses a few MX records. As you can understand it would be a signifigant risk for this to be dismantled. 2)What numbers are allowed for the WhatsApp integration? I have a WhatsApp/Meta Business API number (approved) and currently integrated via Twilio in Missive. I am happy to drop Missive and use your platform but I want to use the same number. It's for qualified leads/clients not mass outreach. If you could clarify both my use cases are possible and if there are any forthcoming changes to connection options.
