Hello, I have a question about your service/app. How does it compare to Remio and Little Bird, if you’re familiar with them?
Also, I’m looking for a workflow where, after a meeting ends, the meeting notes can automatically or semi-automatically be turned into a draft proposal with minimal effort from my office. Currently, my assistant takes the notes, uses a prompt in AI, and drafts the proposal manually.
Can your app automate or streamline that process? I’d also like similar automations for future meetings, such as sending notes into a Google Doc, email draft, or other follow-up workflow.

May 12, 2026A: I'm not familiar with Remio and Little Bird but looking at their landing pages we're pretty similar. The big difference is how integrated we are with your mac. You can use Shortcuts, Apple Scripts and you can chat directly with any apps.
About your workflow, it's something you can build with Alter. We have a meeting report action you can customize and connect with a "quick action" or tools to send it where you need (save as markdown in a folder or draft an email, etc..
