I have an account already, and I have tried to contact support at least on two separate occasions, but never hear anything back. I'm just trying to change my account email and password, but there is no where on the website to do so, and support has no be responsive at all.
Hallo 1. Ist das Tool GDPR compliant? 2. Kann manuelle Keyword Recherche betrieben werden anstatt nur automatisch? 3. Für welche Länder ist die Keyword Recherche verfügbar? Schweiz? 4. Welche Sprachen sind verfügbar für die Recherche? 5. Welche Suchmaschinen werden unterstützt? Danke, Mirco

A: Hi, 1. sure why would it not be compliant? 2. Yes, we have a keyword and search research tool. 3. Yes that includes Switzerland under 'german'. 4. Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, British English, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Norwegian,...
GDPR doesn't technically prohibit storing EU personal data outside the EU — but it strictly regulates how and when that's allowed.
Personal data collected from EU residents can only be transferred to (and stored in) a third country if adequate protection is guaranteed. This is covered under Chapter V (Articles 44–49).
Quick question, where do you think AppSumo stores your data?
Right, that's what I wrote in my second post here, even thought your reply is way more detailed (-: So I guess you are not storing this data outside the EU, that's all I needed to know, thanks.
"Quick question, where do you think AppSumo stores your data?" --> Why is this relevant? My clients do not get in touch with anything related to AppSumo.
Hey, so I tried out the research feature. Unfortunately, you can’t filter by country. You mentioned the language option, but that would probably include all German-speaking countries. In my opinion, that doesn’t really make much sense if you want to optimize for specific countries. Is that perhaps something on your roadmap?
Dear Hendrik, Your plugin looks really interesting and I am surprised not to find it on Wordpress.org. Is there a reason for the plugin not being in the Wordpress directory? Kind regards, Pairfum London

Got it, thank you for the quick reply.
1. Because personal data may not be stored outside the EU without appropriate arrangements.
