• Teams and Workspaces. You can now invite team members, give them roles and permissions, and keep client work in separate workspaces with their own tour folders. This was the single most requested thing from agencies, and it shipped in early 2025.
• Integrations inside your tours. We added a dedicated integrations tab and a hotspot type to go with it, so Intercom, Paperform forms, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and HeyGen avatars all live directly in a tour. CTA blocks got timing, delay and alignment controls, and we've since added QR-code sharing plus custom control-bar buttons you can point at any link. A tour stopped being something people just look at.
• Branding that takes one click. Pick one color and one font, and it cascades through the entire tour. The part we're proudest of: it repaints the hotspots you already placed, instead of leaving your older work looking out of date. Nadir logo badges came along with it.
• The 3D Dollhouse, rebuilt from scratch. It now generates a real multi-floor model from your floorplan, with actual room shapes traced from the drawing rather than rough boxes. Click any room to walk straight into it, and full-resolution textures load as you go.
• Finding your stuff. A searchable media library, optimized thumbnails, and global search with tags across every tour and panorama. Floorplans also picked up fullscreen, expand, media hotspots, reordering, and a guided setup so the first screen isn't blank.
• The Virtual Tour Agency Playbook. Better software doesn't help much if you're unsure how to sell the work, so I wrote down everything I learned running a tour agency from 2010 onwards: choosing a niche, pricing that actually works, your first ten clients, and the revenue reality check nobody tells you about.
