Q: can we make a team member the owner ?
what If I purchased account , sent a friend some forms
then get them as a member
can I make them the account owner and delete me as owner ?

At the moment, workspace ownership transfer is not yet available. The original account owner remains the workspace owner.
You can invite team members and collaborate within the workspace, but changing the primary owner to another member is not currently supported.
That said, this is a valid use case and we’ve added it to our roadmap for future consideration.
