I’ve been looking for an alternative to ManyChat for a long time and I’ve finally found it. I couldn’t be happier. Replient has all the features I need to save time replying to messages on my social networks. I’ve bought other apps on AppSumo hoping for good results, and nothing compares to Replient. The feature that offers reply options based on my voice and brand is amazing. The interface is very easy to understand. The tutorial videos that accompany it are very clear and specific, and the support is quick and attentive. I recommend it 100%.

I’ve used Replient.AI since its first AppSumo launch. If you rely on organic social media to get more leads and sell your products/services, this tool is a must-have. It manages comments and runs effective DM campaigns. You can automatically send DMs when people engage with your posts, making it perfect for delivering lead magnets. It functions like ManyChat but offers a much more comprehensive, all-in-one package focused on comment management and DMs.

I love the automations. You can use keyword triggers to automatically like comments and DM users, or set up sentiment alerts for instant email notifications on negative feedback. The new AI Sidekick is also amazing, because it will summarize your data and also suggest new content you can publish according to the comments you get.

Regarding the UI & UX, at first glance, the interface is really unique and sleek. But there is room for improvement to make the daily usability more effortless and enjoyable.

• Tiny Text: The font size for comments, dates, and graphs is painfully small and genuinely hard to read.

• Graphs: The sleek line graphs look nice but can be hard to understand at-a-glance. For example, I do not know what the y-axis represents for some graphs.

• Hard-to-find Features: Powerful tools, like sentiment filtering, are hidden. You have to really dig to uncover features because the layout isn't as intuitive as it could be.

My honest verdict:

I give this 4.5 stars. This is a feature-packed tool with powerful automations. However, expect a learning curve because the beautiful interface makes it slightly difficult to uncover and use all the features. If they increase font sizes (or change the font styles) and make features easily accessible, this will be an easy 5-stars!

After training on historical comments and website content, it generates natural responses matching your communication style.

Cons:

Low Monthly Comment Limits: Plans include 350, 700, or 1,050 comments per month, which successful posts or ads can quickly consume.

Suitable For:

Small to Medium E-commerce Brands: Businesses receiving regular but manageable comment volumes on social posts and ads.

Social Media Managers: Professionals managing multiple brand accounts who want centralised comment management.

Businesses Running Paid Ads: Companies running Facebook or Instagram ads who need to respond quickly to maintain ad performance.

Customer Support Teams: Teams handling social media inquiries who want to automate repetitive responses.

The product is good overall, but the low limits and lack of DM automation for Sumolings are concerning.

Update: The DM automation add-on, priced at 390€, is too expensive, especially compared to the 54$ LTD cost. A lower-cost option for lower volume, similar to the LTD plan, is needed.

I have been waiting for a good alternative to ManyChat and I found an awesome one - replient.ai.
Does the same job as ManyChat, hosted in Europe, easy to understand and use, great and fast customer service. 100% recommendation!
