I tried to login to Picbolt for the first time in several months, and it seems my account has been completely deleted. No email/password combo I can think of is working, there's no option to reset the password, and on a whim I tried to set up a new account using the old email, and was successful, which means my account was removed. I already paid for lifetime access and used it a bunch of times, so I'm not sure why this is happening.
Is there a way to recover my account?

A: There are no monthly credits. Non AI tools usage is unlimited and AI tools has 6 months validity(unlimited usage for now) after that users are required to use their own api key to generate AI graphics.
I went to login to my account and I am seeing a notice: 'The domain has expired. Is this your domain?'
What is happening with this tool or has it been abandoned?

A: Hey,
Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a temporary DNS issue with our domain provider earlier, which caused the domain to incorrectly appear as expired for a few hours. The issue has now been fully resolved and the tool is working normally again.
The product has not been abandoned 🙂

Hi Sohails, thank you for your update. I'm glad to hear everything is up and running because I've found the tool to be very useful for projects. I have also been able to login again so thanks for resolving that DNS issue.
Hi I've forgotten my password; can you reset it since I can't see an option to do this on the site? I've also emailed support last week, and I received no reply.
