Just started exploring NextStep. The initial setup was easy, the UI feels clean, and the product direction looks promising. Looking forward to exploring it further.

This is how software should be: it doesn’t require a manual—it’s intuitive to use right away. I got the hang of it immediately. NextStep is clearly structured and very flexible. The ability to customize the entire interface to the required language was (also) a deciding factor for me. The support is excellent, and I see many potential applications for it.

Fantastic experience with NextStep Software! We were impressed by how quickly we were able to get up and running. I've found Next Step very easy to learn and use. I like how simple it is to build and map a process workflow. I recently started using the AI Generate option to build a workflow, sections, and tasks. It will build as detailed as you make your prompt. I like that it allows for a custom domain, and SMTP, API, and webhooks. I look forward to future development.

NextStep is very full-featured and supports many advanced functions for creating and managing business processes. Additionally, the platform can be fully white labeled, which allows you to present a professional, branded appearance to your customers. Finally, their support is amazing! Ryan has been extremely responsive to my feedback and has already implemented some of my requested features.
