For some inexplicable reason, I’m unable to activate my license. When I click the activate button, I’m redirected to a page that shows a different Appsumo account, and I can’t create my own. I’ve reached out to Mockitt support through Appsumo and have been waiting for a response since June 5th, even though I sent a reminder today. I’m interested in trying out the product, but I’ll return if this is what I expected.

Could you please share a few details so I can personally look into this? - What exactly happens when you click the activate button? (Which page do you land on?) - Could you let me know the email address you're trying to...
I purchased Pixso, Boardmix before, and now I purchased Mockitt as well. Somebody might think it's confused the positioning, for me, anyway it's worth to support in terms of their effort and functionality provided, while compare with maybe Figma, Miro in a subscription model.
My suggestion to the product is maybe the team can take reference from Whimsical, which I'm also currently using, it provide the convenience of using whiteboard, flowchart, and prototype in single board, I don't have to switching between board for user flow and prototype. Also, their prototype feature is more easy to use for dragging pages components, sometimes I don't need the hi-fi UI, just simple illustration on page components and more thinking on UX. Thanks.
