For some inexplicable reason, I’m unable to activate my license. When I click the activate button, I’m redirected to a page that shows a different Appsumo account, and I can’t create my own. I’ve reached out to Mockitt support through Appsumo and have been waiting for a response since June 5th, even though I sent a reminder today. I’m interested in trying out the product, but I’ll return if this is what I expected.

Could you please share a few details so I can personally look into this?
- What exactly happens when you click the activate button? (Which page do you land on?)
- Could you let me know the email address you're trying to use? (To protect your privacy, just the first few and last few characters)
