I've tried logging into my account in 3 different devices and they all land me on a blank screen. And there is no Support contact on the main page.

Hello, after reading through the information and visiting the official website, I noticed there were no mention of compatibility with non-profit organizations; specifically 501(c)(3). Is this product compatible with or suitable for a 501(c)(3)?

A: Hi! At this time, our product does not have compatibility with non-profit organizations. We have tested this use case in the past, but unfortunately, it was only met with limited success.
To give you a bit more context, our platform is built specifically for startups that are actively looking to raise funding, which is why our features are tailored entirely toward that specific goal.
In general, how long is the wait from the Founder Team before a response is received? I also sent an email but have not received a response there either.
Hello, I posted my initial question on Feb 2nd, as well as sending several email. Today is Feb 17th and I still have not received a reply. Is this normal?
Q: Why do Exports not work? Is there no support ny more?
Exports cannot be downloaded - just purple circles and stuck forever. I tried with 7 different devices, differnet ip addresses, vpns - and then finally tw different accounts .. I even bought a NEW account - and it STILL doesnt work.
I sent sveral emails, tried to reach you on linkedin.. no replies at all..

We’re not ignoring you - it’s currently unclear whether your earlier email didn’t reach us or got lost, but that’s on us. I’ve asked our development team to prioritize this. As all systems show operational, they will check export logs to see why they’re stuck. I received your email today and will keep you posted.
Q: Can I add a different email than what I login here with? I would like to send emails from a different email
My partner and team send out investor emails together. So I just want to use the admin account.

We don’t allow sending emails directly through the platform. This helps protect investor communications and prevent misuse or spam. You can still manage contacts here, then send emails through your own client or by exporting your list.
