Customers say generous things in calls, in Slack messages, in survey replies and on review sites. Almost none of it reaches the page where someone is deciding whether to buy. The usual fix is a testimonials page a developer builds by hand. It goes stale the week they move on. There is no way to ask for more, no approval step before something goes public, and no way to thank the person who spoke up. Amplaud closes that gap. One campaign link asks a customer for a text testimonial, a video recorded in the browser with no install, or a public review on G2, Trustpilot, Google or Capterra. Everything lands in one approval queue, so nothing is published until you approve it. Approved proof becomes a hosted Wall of Love or an embed you drop on a pricing page, and you can send the person who spoke up a reward to say thanks. Amplaud is early and bootstrapped, and I answer support myself. That is deliberate. We are still earning the proof we ask other businesses to publish, so I would rather hear directly from the people using it.
