Calendly killed the "what time works for you?" email. The free plan gives you one event type and one calendar. Standard is $10 per seat a month ($8.30 billed yearly), and Teams is $16 per seat. For a 3-person team on Teams that's about $460 a year.

Most people hit the free plan's wall fast. The second you want a 15-minute call and a 60-minute call, you need two event types, and that means paying. If you want to take payments for sessions, you're paying for that too.

Before you switch, list your meeting types, whether you take payment up front, and how many people need their own booking link. That tells you which plan you'd really need, and what the yearly bill actually is.
