Another LTD Deal turned into Disappointment
I had supported TidyCal from their earlier and limited feature days and really liked the product and its potential. Branded tools are important for my business and I was pleased I had the ability to remove the TidyCal branding and really make the tool my own. Well...fast forward to now and that's been changed. Despite AppSumo deals apparently not losing features and any future changes mapped to comparable plans etc. that seems not to be the case here where you now have to pay additional fees. This has happened way too many times with various deals now, it's discouraging to continue to even try to support the platform.

I purchased TidyCal a long time ago and recently started using it for my tutoring business. I had hesitations because of there not being phone support but I have been pleasantly surprised by the email support that has been there. They have always been responsive and timely and seem to take extra steps to help. One of the main workers I have had communication with is Srba Milenkovic. He has been very helpful and always has answered and helped me accomplish what was needed.

Tidy Cal is awesome - the upgrade not so much → UPDATE
UPDATE: I reached out to support and a couple of hours later received an email stating that issue was resolved. Turns out it was just a bug. So now we are at 5 tacos for both the app and the service. I have a working TidyCal and all the features I need/want.
I've had the individual plan for about a yr or two and was happy. A couple of days of ago I upgraded to the agency plan and to my surprise I lost features I love and used. I don't think someone should lose features when upgraded. Other than that I would definitely recommend TidyCal. Just make sure if all your features are there if you're upgrading for some reason.

I've been using TidyCal for three years now. Moving away from Calendly due to the monthly fee. TidyCal does all I need for me, has a lot of customize options and has a fast support team. All while only paying onze three years ago.
Only thing I miss now is the connectivty to Caldav calendars. That would be an extra plus.
Edit: mentioned Ical, but meant Caldav calendars (sorry)

On iCal: Apple Calendar can already be connected, under Integrations → Calendars with an iCloud app-specific password, so your iCloud events block your availability and new bookings land there too. There's a short guide here:...

fast reactivity from support and deep answer
I already have a booking system, but I needed a specificity that TidyCal covers.
On the first day i asked a list of questions, which they answered in 24h giving me all answers and explanations.

except for the misunderstanding regarding "reduced branding", I wixh that meant no TidyCal branding on communications to my clients.

Sorry the "reduced branding" wording wasn't clearer: on lifetime plans it means a small TidyCal logo stays on your booking page and booking emails, and removing it completely is part of the Pro subscription.
