WriteVoice is more than just a speech-to-text app. It helps me turn spoken ideas into cleaner text, emails, notes, and content very quickly.

I like that it is fast, accurate, easy to use, and supports AI rewriting and multiple languages. It saves a lot of time in daily writing.

I’d love to see more personalization options in the future, such as saved phrases, signatures, and English variants.

Overall, a very practical productivity tool and definitely worth trying.

I'm new to the speech to text game and I was looking for a tool, that is easy to use, but also already highly developed in german language, so that I can use it in my mothertongue.
One more important fact was: the data is hosted in the EU. :)
It's by the way not only a transkription tool, but also provides alot of extra features, like polishing the speech, translation and much more!

J'ai testé WriteVoice et je suis vraiment impressionné par la qualité de cet outil. La possibilité de dicter le texte directement dans n'importe quel champ de saisie sur le web est un véritable changeur de jeu pour ma productivité.

This dictation software is a game-changer for productivity. What I love most is its accuracy—the AI not only transcribes my speech with impressive precision but also enhances the quality of the dictation over time. The real magic lies in its versatility: I can effortlessly transform a simple note into an email, a report, or any other format with just a few clicks. The ability to switch languages instantly is another standout feature; dictating in English and translating it to Czech (or any other language) in seconds is incredibly convenient for multilingual work.

The software is packed with powerful features and offers excellent value for money. However, there’s room for improvement. I’d love to see more personalisation options, such as the ability to store my name, so that it end emails or documents with my name at end where it's appropriate. A dedicated personalisation tab for adding details like my title, company, or frequently used phrases would make the experience even smoother.

Although this is an excellent product, I believe the owner of CEO is open-minded about feedback as he wants to improve his product. I believe it can become even better once it decides to adopt different variations of English language, for example you have British English, Australian English, American English, Canadian English and so on. Please add different versions of English - as it's extremely important your users will be a very grateful and it will make WriteVoice appeal to much wider audience. It matters to people from those countries because otherwise they have to correct spelling every time a word that is spelt differently for example the word colour (UK) and color (US). If users have to keep correcting spreading and then it takes up time and stops efficient flow work. However, in your defence I found similar issue in some of the other appsumo dictation platforms as well. One of them fixed it, I won't mention which one as I want support your development.

Overall, this tool is a must-have for anyone who relies on voice-to-text technology. With a few tweaks to tailor it to individual users, it could be perfect.

In short it's the best dictation software I have tested on Appsumo so far and I have tested VoiceDash and Blip AI (refunded one, and about to refund the other) - as this feels like its a keeper.

Review using WriteVoice (WV) on a Mac Mini M2 Pro.
First, I love how easy, fast, and accurate the text appears after listening. Compared to the other apps that I’ve tried this is the fastest, easiest, and most accurate one. And it ALWAYS includes the first word. Other apps are a bit iffy with this.

And for the fun? I love the idea of pushing the two shortcut keys and NOT having to hold them down while talking. Truly hands-free.

It’s so nice to be able to say, “scratch that,” for the most recent thing I said and wanted to correct.

When WV listens, I get a small black box with the words “listening” along with a small pulsating red light showing that it's recording.

But wait, the feedback gets oven better. Spread across the bottom of the computer is a very soft, gentle, narrow blue light that pulsates as a sound wave whenever I talk. Great feedback. 
Honestly, it’s not distracting at all.

I like how the developer is trying to make this app better with feedback and suggestions and provides a nice A-Z manual on how to use and what WV can do.

For example, “language placeholders,” he’s really keen on creating a way to pin your go-to languages above the drop-down selector. So for me it would be English and Japanese. Whenever I want to switch, it’s just an easy select. No need to click the drop-down and go scroll-searching for the language I want to use.

Also, in the works is the “bulk” delete of chats from the notes.

And of course, like every good Speech-to-Text app there’s got to be a dictionary so I can add my favorite expression:
