ZevsMaticQ: Does Worklenz support Google Drive integration (attach, sync, and access files) for LTD users?
I rely on Google Drive as my main documentation system and want to avoid duplicate uploads and version conflicts.
Specifically:
Can I connect Google Drive and browse files inside Worklenz?
Can I attach Drive files without re-uploading?
Is there real-time sync when files change?
Can team members collaborate on the same Drive file from tasks?
If not live:
Is there a confirmed timeline?
Will this be included for LTD users or future paid tiers only?
Also:
What file/storage limits apply on LTD?
Are there version history or file tracking features?
Can all data (tasks + files) be exported if needed?
Goal: keep Drive as single source of truth while managing execution in Worklenz.

Edited Apr 30, 2026A: Great question! While direct Google Drive integration is not available yet, you can paste Drive file links in task comments or descriptions to keep everything connected.
For file storage, Worklenz has its own file section where you can upload project files and task attachments, and these are accessible to all project members. LTD users get 5GB of storage per code. The uploaded files can be downloaded directly.
The good news is that Google Drive integration is already on our roadmap, so it is coming. We will share updates as we get closer to the release. Thanks for the feedback, it helps us prioritize!
