Q: Suggestions and Questions About Features and Support
The offering looks great, but it would be helpful to include some add-ons, at least for the highest-priced tier. This could make it more appealing, especially for new users investing in a new company. Also, do you support other languages? What about white-label options? I don’t see that mentioned anywhere. Regarding add-ons, our approach is to incorporate increased resource limits directly into the higher-tier plans. As you move up the pricing tiers, you gain access to greater capacity and expanded usage across the included resources, ensuring the offering scales with your needs.
In terms of White Label, this is available as a separate service. It provides the opportunity to fully rebrand the platform under your own domain, including customized pricing and packaging, allowing you to offer it as your own SaaS solution to your clients.
Regarding language support, the platform supports multiple languages. You can easily change your account language at any time from your Dashboard under Account Settings. Additionally, each funnel can have its own language configuration, which can be adjusted from the funnel settings under Language & Timezone.
