I've been using TidyCal for three years now. Moving away from Calendly due to the monthly fee. TidyCal does all I need for me, has a lot of customize options and has a fast support team. All while only paying onze three years ago.
Only thing I miss now is the connectivty to Caldav calendars. That would be an extra plus.
Edit: mentioned Ical, but meant Caldav calendars (sorry)

On iCal: Apple Calendar can already be connected, under Integrations → Calendars with an iCloud app-specific password, so your iCloud events block your availability and new bookings land there too.
