Extremely Unreliable and Flawed Program that Doesn't Live up to Advertised Claims
I spent hours training an agent, who gave me great advice, and in fact pointed out that a client's employee has been hostile and abusive in emails to my employees. It offered sound advice, and great business strategies for the campaign.
The next day, when I wanted to move to the next product, it remembered very little, accused me of being "ableist" (a dead giveaway about the LLM's programmers' politics seeping into real work), and started judging me after I asked follow-up questions about the campaign.
Even on our "good day," it kept saying, "I can't answer that question," as a refusal to discuss certain topics central to our work (a nonprofit that seeks to end poverty and homelessness).
I bought a higher tier to get unlimited agents, but I will be refunding this mess.
I know there are a lot of positive reviews. I don't know if that is based on merit or a promise for credits, as I have seen in the past, but nothing at all that I have seen with this nonsense agent lives up to what was advertised.

May 8, 2026Thank you for the detailed feedback, and I'm sorry your experience fell short.
A few clarifications:
**Memory:** Our agents don't automatically remember context between sessions like ChatGPT. Memory has to be updated manually by prompting the agent — a design choice for user control, but we know it isn't obvious.
**Refusals/tone:** Some are due to the underlying LLM's safety layers, but it varies case by case. If you contact our support team with specific examples, our testers can look into it and provide a proper response.
**Reviews:** We don't offer credits or incentives for positive reviews. The feedback on our page is genuine, including critical ones.
If you've decided to refund, we respect that completely. But if you'd like us to investigate the specific issues you ran into, just reach out to support and we'll be glad to help.
Wishing you the best in your work.
