Configurar Surfn AI fue rapidísimo. La verdad, me gustó porque no se siente como el típico chatbot aburrido que solo contesta preguntas. Puedes crear un asistente que vaya con el estilo de tu marca, responda las dudas de tus clientes realmente es muy bueno y hasta ayuda a agendar una reunión.

Y lo mejor: muchas de esas cosas las hace automáticamente, así que tú no tienes que estar contestando lo mismo una y otra vez.

Lo unico que me gustaria que ahorraria mas los creditos y ojala que tuvieran un moderador de contestación para que no se gaste los credito contestanto lo mismo a la misma persona. ojala integren WhatsApp directo, pero todo lo demas excelente app.

Surfn AI hat mich positiv überrascht. Die Einrichtung ist unkompliziert und die KI-Agenten lassen sich schnell an die eigenen Anforderungen anpassen. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass Fragen automatisch beantwortet und Anfragen rund um die Uhr bearbeitet werden können. Die Oberfläche ist übersichtlich und die Ergebnisse wirken professionell. Insgesamt eine sehr praktische Lösung für Unternehmen, die ihre Kommunikation automatisieren und gleichzeitig Zeit sparen möchten. DSGVO fehlt - steht aber wohl auf der Roadmap. Edit: Hallo Pali, vielen Dank. Ich bin sicher, dass gerade bei europäischen Unternehmen der Punkt DSGVO sehr ausschlaggebend ist bei der Produktauswahl. Von daher würde ich es empfehlen sehr schnell hoch zu priorisieren. Ich bin von eurem Produkt überzeugt und free mich auf eine stetige Weiterentwicklung!

What I like most about Surfn is that it does not feel like another over-engineered automation platform. The interface is approachable, the AI Tasks are easy to understand, and the WHEN → DO structure makes it possible to build useful conversational workflows without becoming a developer.

For agencies and small-business use cases, that simplicity is a major advantage.

I especially like the ability to train agents, create conditional experiences, capture leads, embed calendars/forms/media, and use Google Sheets without having to assemble a complicated stack.

That said, there are 3 game changers I believe could take Surfn to another level while protecting what makes it good:

1. Cloneable Agent Templates
Let users create a master agent and clone it with its Tasks, instructions, training structure, branding settings, and workflows intact. For agencies, this would turn Surfn from an agent builder into a repeatable deployment platform without adding complexity to the UI.

2. Simple API + Webhooks
Surfn does not need to become Zapier. A lightweight API and a few clean webhook events—new lead, conversation completed, appointment requested, agent created/updated—would be enough. This would allow intake forms, CRMs, billing systems, and agency workflows to connect to Surfn while keeping Surfn itself simple.

3. Client Variables / Setup Form
This could be the biggest one. Imagine cloning a template and being presented with a simple setup form:

Business name
Website
Phone
Service area
Business hours
Calendar link
Services
Human handoff contact

Surfn automatically inserts those values into the agent, Tasks, instructions, and lead-capture flow.

That would make deploying a new client agent dramatically faster without turning the product into a complicated enterprise platform.

The key, in my opinion, is not adding more dashboards and complexity.

Surfn’s advantage is that it feels understandable.

Keep the agent-building experience simple, but add just enough infrastructure underneath it for agencies and power users to clone, connect, and deploy repeatedly.

If Surfn gets those three things right, it could become much more than a chatbot builder—it could become one of the easiest AI-agent deployment platforms for small businesses. Ps chat widget video animation would be an plus.

I picked up Surfn AI, and I’ve been impressed with how easy it is to create an AI agent and how many features the platform already offers.

As a tutor, I immediately saw a practical use for it. I can create an agent for my students and share it with them through WhatsApp, giving them personalized support even outside of our live classes. They’ll be able to ask questions, review what we covered in previous lessons, and even get quizzed on the material.
The platform is already feature-rich, like embed, iframe, video, PDF, etc., and very easy to use. I’m excited to see how it continues to develop. For my use case, Surfn AI has the potential to become a really useful part of how I provide ongoing, personalized support to my students.

I have seen so many FAQ/chat widget but Surfn AI actually helps you get new clients.

Setting it up is super easy. I trained my agent with a few website links and a video in just minutes. It looks great and matches my brand colors perfectly.

My favorite part is the simple triggers. It can ask for an email, show a video, or help someone book a call right inside the chat. You can put it on your website, in your social media bio, or share it as a link.
