I should have got a refund
The voices sound very robotic and unnatural, which made the platform hard to use for anything professional.
Customer service was also disappointing. It basically didn’t exist until I contacted AppSumo, and even then responses still took about a day.
Honestly, I wish I had requested a refund when I had the chance.

Quality product.
Everyone needs this app. I enjoy writing and find that I like to turn what I write into audio. When I tell you this the the most straight forward tool for doing that with ease, I am shooting you straight. This is one of those tools I di not think I would keep, but now find myself using on the regular. My only knock on this is the 1M limit. I wish the product offered another 36.00 purchase when you hit 1M, but I knew that going in. Quality product.

Poor service and robotic voices !
Tried the product but as mentioned by other people doesn't sounds real person at all. Also the customer service is bad, left message for vendor but hasn't replied in while, what you can expect in future if it is a lifetime deal.

If you don’t like voice, you can leave bad reviews. But missing email and blaming customer service is not the right way to do.

Just don't sound like real voices
This is a pretty nifty tool on the one hand, but when it comes down to it, the voices do not sound like humans speaking. They sound like AI. Which is obviously not I wanted.
