A: Yes, the mobile app is included — your AppSumo license covers the web app and the iOS/Android apps, with the same credits across all of them. There's nothing extra to buy.

The trial screen you're seeing appears because the license isn't linked to an account yet. The redemption happens on the web, not in the app.

Here's the order:

1. Go to AppSumo, click Redeem on your Snappyit purchase, and complete the sign-up on our website — that's what links your Tier 4 license to an account
2. Then open the mobile app and sign in with the same email and the same sign-in method you just used

Your Lifetime plan and monthly credits will show up once you're signed in with that account. One thing to watch: signing in with Google or Apple on the same email address creates a separate account that doesn't carry the license, so use whichever method you used during redemption.
