Hi! I’m currently evaluating Smartlead for long-term use in my agency.
Do you have any plans to introduce a more advanced CRM layer, such as:
* Visual sales pipelines (Kanban-style)
* Deal stage tracking
* Client lifecycle management (lead → close → onboarding)
Or will Smartlead remain primarily focused on outreach and require external CRM tools?

SmatLeads is actively evolving — the current platform is Version 2.0, rebuilt from the ground up, and we’re continuously improving performance and expanding capabilities.
We already have a built-in CRM layer for managing leads and outreach, but yes — a more advanced CRM experience is part of our roadmap.
Planned enhancements include:
Visual sales pipelines (Kanban-style views)
Deal stage tracking
Improved client lifecycle management (lead → close → onboarding)
Our goal is for SmatLeads to grow beyond outreach into a more complete lead generation + sales management platform, while still allowing users to integrate external CRMs if they prefer.
