Is there a way to get a quick response from support? There's a problem with the site that's preventing access to all my articles. All links to the site's pages are redirected to the main page. I can't access this redirect, which is caused by the platform. From an SEO perspective, this is the death of the site.
It's been 24 hours since I contacted the site about this issue, but there's been no response. I resubmitted my request today.

May 13, 2026A: Thank you for your response, and I’m sorry for missing your message. I noticed that your Google Sheets data was missing some required data, which is why the site was automatically redirecting to the homepage.
However, we have fixed the issue and added a fallback to ignore missing data errors. You can now check your website again, it should be working properly now.
