With the new version of Screpy, we removed the old credit-based system, which is why some of your previous limits may now look different or appear to have been reduced. The old system was entirely based on credits, meaning that every feature you used consumed credits from your account.

For example, while you technically had an “unlimited websites” allowance, you did not have unlimited credits. If you wanted to add and analyze a large number of websites, you would eventually need additional credits to continue using those features.

With the new system, your project limit may look lower than before, but all usage is now included within your project limits and there are no additional credit restrictions. You can analyze your projects without having to worry about consuming credits for each individual feature.

That said, we understand that existing customers should not be negatively affected by these changes. We have already restored the previous website limits for hundreds of customers who contacted us through a support ticket, and we can do the same for your account.

Unfortunately, I cannot make this adjustment from here. Please contact us through a Screpy support ticket, and our team will review your account and restore the appropriate limits.
