I picked up Sayify because I was looking for something more useful than a traditional form builder, and it genuinely surprised me.
At first glance, it may look like a form tool, but once you start using it, it feels much closer to a full workflow platform. You can collect responses, understand what people are saying, route them properly, follow up, and actually close the loop.
The drag-and-drop question builder is simple and easy to use, but the part that stood out to me most was the conditional flow and routing. It lets you create a response journey that changes based on what someone answers, instead of sending every submission through the same static form. That makes it much easier to send the right response to the right next step.
I also really like that Sayify is built around richer responses, especially voice and video. You can also collect files, screen recordings, and structured answers, which makes the whole intake or feedback process much more complete. The AI features and extraction fields can pull out key details from a response and help route data to different destinations based on the extracted values.
The templates are another nice touch. I especially liked the welcome, thank-you, and intake page templates because they make it easier to get started quickly without having to build everything from scratch.
The support has also been very fast and helpful, which gave me more confidence in the product and the team behind it.
I can see this being useful for lead qualification, support requests, client intake, onboarding, product feedback, and any process where a response should not just sit inside a spreadsheet.
Since Sayify has just launched, I’m sure more integrations and improvements will come over time. But the foundation is already very strong, the direction is clear, and the product already feels practical.
If you want more than a form builder and need a better way to collect rich responses and turn them into action, Sayify is definitely worth checking out!
