A really intuitive platform and going in the right direction. Not perfect, but it gets the job done. I gave 5 stars despite the things I don't like because those are very minor. To start with, what I like; the video aspect is really great, and form generation by AI is also a huge time saver that forgives anything I don't like.

For the things that could be added or improved:
1. When I edit any of the forms, a left panel shows up with a list of the steps, and naturally, I'd be trying to add or delete steps from that left panel, not from the flowchart (mind map) in the middle screen. I wish I could attach a screenshot to the review, but you know what I mean! Adding such tools to the left panel to add a new step, or edit or delete existing steps would make it easier to edit than going to every step in the middle flowchart.
2. In one form, I needed to add logic when an option is selected, a redirect to an external URL would open, and the main form window would still redirect the visitor to the next step. As of now, this is not possible. Once you add an external URL as a step, it becomes a dead end, and the form's main window will not advance to the next step, even if there is one.
3. I wish there were a built-in color picker. In one step, I was asking my customer who I design their website to select what colors they want to be used for their site design, and there was no option to include a color picker in this step, so I had to make this step a text field, which isn't the best for such a use case.

One final thought is, if tier 2 had more organizations, I would most likely upgrade to a higher tier, maybe 2 or even 3, but I don't think upgrading all the way to tier 4 would justify the money spent to the added features.
