Hello Olli, Quick question regarding scaling usage: We currently have 2 codes (20,000 triggers). How does it work if we need to increase this in the future? For example, if in 6 months we need additional triggers and the offer is no longer available on AppSumo, what would be the process? Would we still be able to add more capacity, and under what conditions?

A: Hi,
We recommend buying as many codes as you think you will need, since this AppSumo deal is very likely going to be the lowest price you can get.
We haven't yet decided on the terms for buying additional triggers after the AppSumo deal ends. But probably could offer it at higher prices, or provide discounts on subscriptions.

In the backend, can admin(manager) do these to all the feedback received? 1. Sort by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission 2. Search by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission 3. filter all the feedbacks submitted by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission 4. See the graphs and analytics (pie chart or bar chart of percentage) of feedback stars, location, etc

Hi, I have a directory website that I'm recruiting businesses to join. They have to fill out a few things, upload a photo, and the like. I'm finding that they need a lot of help, and the demands of providing it are a problem. I'd like to have an onboarding process that prompts them going through the whole process, to make it as easy as possible. Can Produktly do this? Thanks

You can add a product tour that interactively guides them through all the steps.
Or you can add an onboarding checklist, where the user can track their progress and go to complete certain steps (or even start product tours from the checklist itself).
Or for more subtle help, you could add smart tips to the form. These could be little help...
