More and more Appsumo companies are doing mandatory onboarding videos, which I think is super important. And of many deals over the years, I just got off of my *best* onboarding call yet with Killian Ward. He is super organized and thanks to him, I definitely got what I needed from the call.

Would it be that more Appsumo apps had onboarding calls...and people like Killian to guide newbies through the process.
