I've had my eye on Poppy AI for a long time. Far before you come to AppSumo

My biggest issue was that you had no BYOK. For me without BYOK Poppy is not a sensible purchase

But I had hope because I like many others knew you said you we going to implement BYOK because you said it was on your roadmap

The only reason I kept an eye on Poppy was because I was waiting for you all to add BYOK to you foundational product

Now it seems that instead of keeping your promise you have shortchanged all you previous direct lifetime deal purchasers and cut them out of the roadmap feature they expect from you.

If you are only adding BYOK to Tiers 4 and up it means that you deceived everyone who was waiting for you to make good on your word both current lifetime owner and those like me who have been waiting in the wings to grab a lifetime deal with you
