Q: EU-based course project

Hello,
I am considering using OnlineCourseHost for an EU-based course project.
I have read your GDPR DPA, but I would like to clarify a few points before using the platform:
1. Is your current DPA valid for the full course platform, including students, course progress, quizzes, community posts, emails, payments, analytics, videos and uploaded course materials?
2. Where are course and student data hosted? Is EU-based hosting available?
3. Could you confirm the exact company/legal entity responsible for OnlineCourseHost?
4. Could you provide the current list of sub-processors and explain if student data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA?
5. Can the AI Assistant be disabled? If used, what data is sent to AI providers?

Thank you.
