Q: Do you have any plans to make it truly white label
I've bought tier 2 to try it out, one thing I have noticed is that the subdomain still displays a full NextStep sales page, in fact the login page also has all NextStep branding too, will be hooking up to a domain, will it still have the NextStep sales page etc. If so are there any plans to change this?

A: Hey there,
When you've setup a custom domain (yourwebsite.com)You can then visit yourwebsite.com/login to access. The rest of the platform will also be whitelabeled.
For further branding, make sure to setup your emails to custom domain as well.
Pricing pages and upgrading on plans will remain Nextstep branded but only team admin will see this as this relates to NextStep.
Yep... I would also be interested in that. And... is there a way to completely lock individual tasks (including the content view of following task) if the previous one hasn't been completed yet – for example, all mandatory fields filled out and then pressing the "Complete Task" button to unlock the next tasks?
Like on your website with demo processes—if a task is locked, I shouldn’t be able to click on any other task within the process and see its content. It should be truly locked, with NO VISIBILITY OF TASK CONTENT. Instead of showing task insights, there should be a warning message!
Can I import Flowster SOPs and processes, or are there any importing options based on a file type / format that are available to move over to NextStep from a competitive product? If not, is there anything in the roadmap to enable this or ease the process or formatting guidelines & templates for pulling in from csv, etc.?

A: Hey there, we don't currently support importing from Flowster.
At the moment, I'd suggest using either the AI process creator in Nextstep and copy and paste the process in there or use the NextStep MCP which will most likely get you as close as possible to importing your processes
I got a couple of questions: 1) I would create an onboarding process, but some of the steps might take the user some time. Can they come back to where they left? Or do they have to complete everything right away? 2) Could a 3 step process stop at step 2, and only be available for the end user once an admin approves it? 3) Can you embed loom videos?
Thanks!!

A: Hey there!
1. Yes that's possible. if the user isn't a part of your org (e.g a guest) you can assign them tasks by email with due dates into the future to have them come back to it. 2. Yes you can do this with Approval steps, which require the user to approve particular tasks 3. Yep, we support embeds
Can the guests complete my defined process in multiple iterations. Essentially, can they continue from where they left off to complete the process?
Here is my use case... I have more than 100 clients. They may wish to complete our long process over multiple instances. So, they may complete 30% of the process today, and probably wish to complete the rest tomorrow. Is that possible by having my...

Could reminders be more frequent to prevent abandoned processes?
Could this reminder be repeated according to a schedule I specify? (e.g., the first one – 1 day after starting, then 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days...)
Q: Italian
Hi there! Are there any plans to implement the Italian language? It would be very useful!

You can do this with task dependencies. Click into a task in the process you want to lock to set what tasks must be completed first.
Like on your website with demo processes—if a task is locked, I shouldn’t be able to click on any other task within the process and see its content. It should be truly locked, with NO VISIBILITY OF TASK CONTENT. Instead of showing task insights, there should be a warning message!

Will the user be reminded by email that this process has started? Can the frequency be set❓
Verified purchaser
Yes they will receive an email when process is started if they are assigned a task in the process.
They will receive email notifications when a due date is also hit for a task

Regarding reminders at this stage we only have the one reminder, but will look into this more in future
