Where's MY product image?
Sure. The interface appears to be easy enough to use. Even I thought I could use it. Take your product page URL, paste it into the box, a couple of clicks and .. presto! You have ads promoting NOT YOUR PRODUCT. Seems like the AI is taking my product description, ignoring my product images, and creating its own version of my product. Well, I certainly can't take that and link it to my store's product page. Can we say "bait and switch" complaints? Reached out to support via their onsite chat, seems to be the only way listed on the site. We'll see what they say - if they even respond. So far, I don't know why anyone would rate this as a 5 out of 5. Maybe a 0.5 out of 5.

May 13, 2026Hi, sorry about this. You’re right, if the output does not use your actual product image, it’s not usable for a product ad.
Please send your product URL, generated output, and account email through the in-app chat. We’ll review it and reinstate credits for failed generations where the product is missing or clearly replaced.
A quick note: some agents work better when you upload a product image directly instead of relying only on the URL. The URL flow can extract product context, but for stronger product accuracy, direct product image input usually gives better results.
We’re actively improving product preservation and failed-generation reporting because this is critical for ecommerce ads.
