DannoQ: Looks incredidle but I need the response to an uncomfortable question
Hi, this product looks great, and I really like it, but I have an uncomfortable question.
I’ve purchased several AppSumo deals that promised lifetime access mapped to future plan updates, even if plan names changed. In your case, the deal explicitly states: “All future Studio (Tiers 1–4) plan updates.”
However, with some tools like Sellerpic,mimicpc,JoggAI, the sellers later created a separate path for Sumolings. Although they initially said top-tier buyers would always be mapped to the best plan, they later restricted new models to subscription users only, citing higher costs. This felt like a bait and switch, despite the deal being very clear.
I find this frustrating and disappointing. I’d like to know if you truly plan to keep evolving the product and models for Sumolings as promised and keep us attached with the best plan you have?

May 13, 2026A: Totally understand the concern, and it’s a fair question.
We’ll continue giving AppSumo users access to the models and updates included in their plan, and our intent is to keep bringing strong new models to AppSumo users wherever possible.
That said, some future models, agents, or workflows may require significantly higher infra/model costs, so we can’t promise that every future capability will always be included exactly the same way.
What we can commit to is honoring the deal terms, continuing to improve the product for AppSumo users, and being transparent if any future feature has different cost requirements.

Yes, it was a big disappointment for me too. It was my best bet at that moment, and they looked really solid. Maficfit looks solid too, which is why I’m asking. If I get no response, I will just pass, it would be a just a big bet that probably I will lose.

We are asking, but it seems like it will be of little use, because whatever they say, if they don't specify in the terms it is of little use, I might seem contrary and instead I hold two level 5 licenses, just because they are the same group as B.R.E.V.O.

I like that their terms say users will be matched with the best plan (Studio Plan). However, I’ve had bad experiences with similar offers before, companies often don’t honor the terms within a few months and then refunds are impossible. Which group is that? , and what makes them so trustworthy?

Try searching on Google, without the dots, they have already created something that has been successful, of course this does not confirm that they will honor the terms but I hope they do, I know how it works with other agreements, I also have sellerpic, joggai, qolaba and others who have "circumvented" the terms

This is a dangerous take. You are selling something completely different here. You may want to change your deal’s terms and conditions, especially these two:
- All future Studio (Tiers 1–4) plan updates.
- If the plan name linked to your deal changes, it will automatically transfer to the new plan with all updates.
It’s hard to pay $1,000+ for something that may be worthless in the long term.
