Q: Estimates?
Is there a way to to make estimates before sending Invoices? I.e. if I am working on a project with a client, and want to send them an estimate for approval, and once they approve it we can begin the work. Invoice comes after.

Not currently, but estimates are coming as part of the proposals and contracts feature that's already planned...
You'll be able to build a branded proposal/estimate, send it to your client for approval, then convert it straight into an invoice once they approve. Same flow you're describing.
