Just to clarify a few points:

Regarding the comment that “the app looks vibe-coded,” the main product being purchased here is the data itself, not a full-featured software platform. The application is primarily a gateway that allows users to unlock industries and download the raw data in CSV format. Before purchase, I mentioned that the deal was focused on data access only and did not include advanced scraping or enrichment tooling. Including a full toolset would significantly increase the pricing, so the offer was intentionally positioned around affordable access to the datasets.

Regarding the point about “some industries being disorganized,” I’d genuinely like to understand this better. I invited you to a meeting specifically so you could walk me through the issues directly, which would help us improve the structure and user experience.

About downloading the full dataset in one click: currently, downloads are separated by industry intentionally because the combined files are extremely large. Attempting to generate a single massive download could easily cause browser crashes or failed downloads. However, the complete dataset is available and can be downloaded industry by industry.

For the feedback about some categories only including one country, this was also mentioned on the deal page. We are continuously expanding the dataset and adding more countries over time as the database grows.

Regarding refunds, the challenge with downloadable data products is that once the full datasets have been accessed and downloaded, the content cannot realistically be returned. Otherwise, users could simply download everything and then request a refund afterward.

That said, I’m still very open to discussing your concerns directly and seeing what improvements we can make for you moving forward.
