No offline conversion, and there has been no response from support.
I wanted to work on the idea of having control over ad expenses, which is great, but I didn't find a way to import offline sales/conversions for service conversions like insurance and sales that are made outside of e-commerce. I wrote four emails to support with no answer.

On the product side: Growify does not currently have a native way to import offline sales or service conversions (for example insurance or deals closed outside ecommerce). There isn’t a CSV upload or offline-conversion import today.
What Growify tracks today is website activity through the PowerPixel:
• Sessions and landing-page visits
• On-site events like form fills / lead-generated or purchases that fire on a page you control
So if the lead starts on a landing page you track, that part can be attributed. The later offline / in-person / phone sale does not come in automatically unless that completed sale is sent back into Growify as a conversion event.
A public API / webhook layer for pushing offline deals back in is on the longer-term roadmap, but it is not available as a self-serve import yet.
