As a solopreneur with two e-commerce businesses in short-term rentals, I find FuseBase very suitable for my business as an initial customer portal. I use FuseBase to manage digital documents, sending them directly from the scanner to the cloud, helping to organize documents efficiently, find them quickly, and reduce physical paperwork. I chose the Tier 10 package to take advantage of the AI document indexing feature. To prepare for hiring a second employee, I built an SOP system and knowledge base on FuseBase, which is especially useful when hiring a virtual assistant working different shifts, as the AI can assist with responses when I’m offline. FuseBase integrates a database that helps me create live performance dashboards. Although I haven’t used the customer portal yet, I think if I later expand to managing other property owners, this portal will be very convenient. This version truly has great potential for solopreneurs like me.
