Making your work easy
After using FuseBase for some time, I am very impressed with this platform. FuseBase is a comprehensive solution that helps organize work, manage documents, and support effective team collaboration. Its intelligent AI features automate many repetitive tasks, boosting productivity and reducing pressure on the team. The flexible portal interface can be customized to match the brand, creating a professional and trustworthy image for clients. Previously, I used many separate tools, but now everything is centralized in one space, which is very convenient and easy to use. The development team quickly updates and provides dedicated support, making it easy for me to learn and apply new features. Although still evolving, FuseBase shows great potential and has become a powerful assistant for my work. I am completely satisfied and give this product 5 stars!

I'm as excited as I am concerned. Mixed feelings seem to come with this platform.
If I could give this a 5-star, I would. On paper, this app is the most valuable app ever presented on appsumo (opinion). On paper, this product solves every problem you could possibly have. It still amazes me of how much thought was put into conceptualizing something this vast. However, on the execution side, it doesn't feel it. Connections don't work as expected (rather connecting via MCP from Claude to the platform or connecting via MCP from agents within the platform). The Co - Founder seems to both provide a great amount of useful information while also providing no information or misleading information (rather he does so intentionally or not doesn't matter to me). I'm considering going for the full 20 codes or more but can't seem to get past the writing on the walls. This build feels a bit too ambitious and shows signs that not everything is cooked. Their MCP holds over 300+ tools but not all of those tools appear to work. The companies fusebase agents have and MCP connection for "3rd party" connections but doesn't work. The Q&A sections show that users get answers but those answers aren't as direct or don't always actually answer the question that was asked. There are signs of stress within the build and unless more resources are poured into getting additional help, something as small as a working connection point will read as a tall ask.

Edited Oct 8, 2026Thank you for taking time testing and providing feedback!
We iterate and improve very fast.
It's one of the reasons why we go to AppSumo when we have insanely large updates, because the audience is very technical and savvy.
We spend a lot of time in our Discord channel to get feedback and improve stuff.

Persistence is valuable, expecting tacos to increase
I originally purchased FuseBase (1 year ago) for an online education use case: onboarding students, creating portal rooms for individual learners and groups, sharing session documents, and supporting collaborative project work. The vision was compelling—a flexible client and student portal that could bring learning materials, communication, recordings, and project collaboration into one place.
My experience has been mixed, largely because I joined during a major period of product transition. FuseBase was moving from more basic AI features toward a much more agent-driven product direction. During that shift, there was a noticeable drop in communication and continuity for early users like me. It sometimes felt like we were caught between the former platform and the future version still being built.
That said, I chose to stay engaged. I joined the community spaces, followed product updates, watched videos, and learned from power users willing to share how they were using the platform. That has helped me see both the current limitations and the longer-term opportunity.
One feature that did not work reliably for me was the webinar recording extension. It failed to record an important consulting call that was under an hour long. I later tested it with a much shorter call, under five minutes, and it worked correctly—but that was not a meaningful test for the type of client meetings I need to capture. Reliable recordings are central to my intended use of FuseBase within a client portal, so this was a significant disappointment.
I do not see this as a permanent product flaw so much as a maturity and documentation issue. The platform is evolving quickly, but the training materials and documentation do not always appear to keep pace with what is actively being built and changed. There is a large amount of educational material available, yet it can be impractical when it does not reflect the current product experience.
Despite these frustrations, I am giving FuseBase four tacos because I believe in Pavel and the team. They have invested heavily in the platform’s transition, and their development experience is visible. I expect the current turnaround to produce meaningful benefits for the broader user base—not only customers who receive high-touch, white-glove support.
I also had a one-on-one conversation with Pavel when I first decided to onboard (April). His advice was candid: unless I needed an immediate solution, I should give the product a few months to develop and, in the meantime, become more comfortable with VS Code for general AI upskilling. That was some of the best advice I have received in this space. It increased my ability to work with tools that are less dependent on a simple user interface and more capable under the hood.
In some ways, that captures FuseBase’s current challenge. Highly technical users may find parts of the platform insufficient and wonky while it continues to add deeper capability. At the same time, non-technical users may feel that the product is becoming more complex faster than its documentation and training can support.
Still, the progress so far is impressive. The transition is not finished, but it is already showing real promise. The user community is generally helpful and supportive, and I remain optimistic that FuseBase can become a powerful solution for client portals, education programs, collaborative workspaces, and knowledge-driven businesses.
Bottom line: FuseBase is not yet a fully polished, plug-and-play platform for every use case. But for users who can tolerate some change, stay engaged with the community, and grow with the product, it has substantial potential that is being realized in real-time.

From scattered information to one organised client workspace
FuseBase has changed how we manage client work. Before, documents, drafts, feedback and approvals were spread across emails, chats and shared drives. Now everything sits in one white-labelled workspace under our own brand, and clients always know where to find what they need.
The team keeps shipping useful updates, and support has been quick and helpful whenever we needed it.
Next, we're setting up the AI agents to help with drafting, summaries and client onboarding, and we're looking forward to seeing how much time they save.
The result so far is a more organized operation and a more professional experience for every client, from the first login onwards.
Looking ahead to 2027, we're excited to grow our use of FuseBase's AI and app-building features, especially to create tailored client solutions for the fintech industry.
