Not there yet, but a lot of potential
Having used Foyer for a week, I see significant potential, but there are still several areas that need improvement.
One key issue is limited interface customisation. While colours can be changed, button labels such as “Agent” is fixed. Being able to rename this would allow for a more bespoke experience.
Regarding the AppSumo deal, I feel the current tiers lack scalability. Adding a Tier 4 or 5 would better accommodate growing businesses, as 400 minutes per month may be a relatively low limit for websites with higher traffic.
I’d also appreciate more clarity on the product’s future direction, as the current roadmap doesn’t appear to include many major improvements. Finally, I’m still awaiting a response to an email sent eight days ago, so I hope the delay is temporary and not indicative of limited support capacity.
Overall, great potential, with some concerning indications.

Your point about customizable labels is fair. We’re reviewing that gap and evaluating higher-tier options, while making sure we can sustainably support the ongoing voice usage. Nothing is confirmed yet.
We also need to make our roadmap clearer about what’s under consideration versus committed or in development. Your scrolling feedback has already helped us improve how highlighted sections are positioned, and that update is now live.
